AUSTIN, Texas - Union University senior golfer Anders Rider was named the 2022 CoSIDA Academic At-Large All-America third team. The College Sports Information Directors of America is the sponsor for the yearly academic district and national awards. 

Rider, a 6-foot-2 senior from McKenzie, Tennessee, has been a four year player on the Union men's golf team. He finished Union with a 4.0 GPA in Cell and Molecular Biology and has been on the Gulf South Conference Honor Roll four times and was CoSIDA Academic All-District twice. He has a scoring average 77. In his 15 college tournaments, his best finish was 7th.
