Welcome to Union University's compliance homepage. Compliance with NCAA rules is one of the highest priorities for our athletics program and institution. As a member of the NCAA, Union University is responsible for monitoring the actions of coaches, staff, student-athletes and representatives of athletic interest. This website provides an overview of the basic NCAA rules that impact prospective student-athletes (recruits/prospects), current student-athletes, and representatives of athletics interests (boosters, alumni, etc). 

This is not a comprehensive list of NCAA rules. It is only meant as a guide for some of the more common questions and issues. Many of the rules contained here impact the eligibility of both Union student-athletes and recruits. Following these rules helps protect their eligibility and the integrity of the athletic department.

If you have questions about NCAA rules, please contact the compliance office before taking part in an activity that could jeopardize the Union University Athletic Department and/or a Union Student-Athlete’s participation in intercollegiate athletics.
