If you knew Coach B, you know how he made you feel. He made you feel like you were a part of the Family. You were considered a friend, and you had access. He valued you. He demonstrated this type of leadership at Union University for 42 years. This award goes to a coach in Athletics that gave a significant effort to make their team a family.

TOMMY SADLER SERVANT AWARD
The attributes that we admire the most in Tommy are devotion and a servants’ heart towards Union University. We have all witnessed his love and devotion to this place over for 38 years. He has always been a friend. This award goes to the person in the Athletics Department that has demonstrated this same heart of service to Union University Athletics. This person gives everything in the job that has to be done.

SANDRA WILLIAMS MISSION AWARD
When we all think of Coach Williams, we think of the integration of FAITH and learning in everything. She has demonstrated consistently the Fruits of The Spirit as evidence of her walk with the Lord. Sandra lived this out in front of us in the Athletic Department for 42 years. This award goes to the Coach or person in the Athletic Department that demonstrates a commitment to discipleship and intentionality when it comes to Spiritual Formation.
