JACKSON, Tenn. - The 2019 Don Morris Invitational hosted by the Union University golf programs at the Jackson Country Club, Monday and Tuesday, October 14-15. 

This event features eight men's teams, and five women's teams. All golfers will play 18 holes in the first round Monday, shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. The final round is Tuesday, shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.

This event is named for former Union golf coach Don Morris. Morris coached for 33 years at Union. During his time, the Union Golf Team won the Tennessee Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship eight times; TranSouth Conference in 2006, NAIA District 24 championship three times, and the Tennessee Intercollegiate Tournament eight times. Mr. Morris also coached the Bulldog Golf Team to twelve NAIA Tournament appearances from 1979 to 2006.
