MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Union University volleyball team lost 3-0 (25-22, 25-13, 25-13) at Christian Brothers University Tuesday evening. Union dropped to 2-9 overall and 0-4 in the Gulf South Conference. Christian Brothers improved to 6-9 on the season and 1-3 in league play.
Natalie Supine and
Elizabeth Gilbert led with six kills each, while
Carleigh Charles added four. Union recorded two aces, one each by
Marie Torosian and
Sydney Davis. Gilbert tallied a block, while
Kylie Creech led with 14 assists and Torosian with 16 digs.
Union will play another GSC road match next with a trip to Auburn Montgomery Saturday, October 4 at 2 p.m.
