JACKSON, Tenn.- The Lady Bulldogs wrapped the weekend with a match against the Lady Bison of Harding University. Union went 1-2 on the weekend, losing the final match up 1-3 (14-25, 25-20, 18-25, 21-25).
Freshman
Elizabeth Gilbert led the Lady Bulldogs in kills with a total of 16, followed by
Carleigh Charles and
Parker Goff, both with 8 kills apiece. Goff also earn the lone ace for the Lady Bulldogs.
Kylie Creech led in assists by a long shot collecting 33 on the match, a career high for Creech. She also collected 16 digs, another career high for the freshman setter.
Senior
Marie Torosian led the team with 21 digs and also tallied 2 assists on the match.
The Lady Bulldogs will now prep for GSC play, beginning with a road trip to Nashville for a match against Trevecca Nazarene University on September 23.
