Box Score LIVINGSTON, Ala. - The Union University volleyball team posted a 3-2 (25-27, 25-21, 14-25, 25-16, 15-10) victory at the University of West Alabama. Union improved to 10-6 on the season and 4-1 in the Gulf South Conference. West Alabama dropped to 5-12 overall and 0-5 in league play. 

This marks the fifth win for Union in the last six games for Union. It also marked the second straight five set win for Union, both in comeback fashion. Union is now 3-3 on the season in five set matches. 

West Alabama led 61-57 in kills, while Union edged UWA in hitting percentage .241 to .237. West Alabama led 7-6 in aces, while Union led 8-5 in blocks and 63-56 in digs. 

Union was led by Meghan Delaney with 19 kills, two aces, and four blocks. Jordan Vick led with 39 assists, while Abbie Rahn led with 20 digs. 

Up next for Union will be a road non-conference match at Harding, Tuesday, October 8. Union will resume GSC play October 11-12 at home versus Shorter and Lee.
