JACKSON, Tenn.- The Union University men's soccer team fell to Shorter university 2-0 on Friday night. The Bulldogs move to 3-6 on the season and 1-2 in Gulf South Conference action.
Shorter scored their first goal just before the end of the first half when Darwin Lom headed a ball into the net in the 38th minute for the 1-0 lead. The Hawks doubled their lead in the 77th minute scoring on the shot from Jordan Etsio from inside the box.
Union continues their four game home stretch on Sunday afternoon taking on Lee University with a start time of 3:30 p.m.
