JACKSON, Tenn. – In its 2024 finale, Union men's soccer fell 3-1 to Lee University at Smith Memorial Soccer Complex on Sunday afternoon.
Lee scored in the 32nd, 49th, and 69th minutes before Union's
Ashanie Kennedy scored the final goal of the campaign–his sixth–in minute 90.
Luca Pereira was credited with the assist.
The Flames outshot Union 17-10, though shots on goal were level at five apiece.
Kennedy took three shots, while
Cillian Heaney and
Kenny Nitzsche fired two each.
The Bulldogs end their season 6-10-1 (1-9-1 GSC) and on a six-game losing streak.
