Head coach
Stephen Vick gave a quote pertaining to the overall season. "It was an amazing season; it was a blessing to come here and have this opportunity. I really appreciate the president Dr. Dub Oliver and the athletic director Tommy Sadler to allow this opportunity to happen. As soon as we coached our first practice of the season, we talked about where we were and where we wanted to go. We talked about this exact moment right here, playing in the Gulf South Conference Tournament Championship and it came to pass. I couldn't be more pleased with the efforts that the girls gave and everything they laid on the line at practice, I couldn't be happier for them."
