JACKSON, Tenn. – The Union University women's basketball team cruised past Fisk University Friday evening in a non-conference showdown 103-45. The Lady Bulldogs had five of their seven players in double figures for the game.

WHAT HAPPENED
- Union opened up the game on fire putting up 20 unanswered points to open the game that was capped off by a three pointer from Tiffany Rechis.
- The Lady Bulldogs kept that pace for the rest of the first half shooting 59 percent from the field and knocking down nine shots from beyond the arc to go to the locker room leading Fisk 61-12.
- Fisk opened the scoring in the second half knocking down a three to cut the deficit to 46. Union answered the three with a 16-2 run to push their lead to 60 points with 5:15 left in the third.
- Union held their pace in the final quarter of action to win 103-45.

- Union led by at least 46 points for the entirety of the second half for their largest victory of the season.
