Only eight teams are in the tournament and each team will play three games as the NCCAA will play out to each place, 1-8. Each team will play Wednesday and Thursday. The participants of the fifth and seventh place games will take place Friday, while the third place and championship games will take place Saturday (see schedule below).

The Union women will be facing familiar foes in the NCCAA Tournament including recent NAIA national tournament opponents Southern Nazarene, Shorter, and Oklahoma Christian.

Union is no stranger to tournament success, holding five NAIA Women's Basketball National Titles (1998, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010). Union has also won NCCAA National Titles in others sports including softball (2001, 2003, 2004), volleyball (2003), and men's soccer (2004).
