Union University junior Kelly Robey was named the Tennessee Sports Writers Association (TSWA) Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 27, 2014. This is the second TSWA award for Robey this season.

Robey, a 5-10 junior from New Madrid, Mo., tossed her third no-hitter of the season in the first of a three-game series at West Georgia, walking three and striking out 10 in a 1-0 victory for the Lady Bulldogs. The right-hander worked four shutout innings of relief in the second game of the series, striking out seven. She a complete game of the season, allowing four runs on six hits with five strikeouts in the finale, picking up her second win of the weekend.

In the series she pitched 18.0 innings, giving up just four runs on nine hits with 22 strikeouts. She is 19-18 for the season with a 2.39 ERA and 294 strikeouts in 245.2 innings of work with 31 complete games.
