Anthony Freeman, Jr. (6-8, SR, F, Portland, Ore./Chemeketa CC) helped Union to a 1-1 record on the week. Saturday, Union snapped a 5-game losing streak with a 79-55 win over West Georgia. Freeman posted 25 points and nine rebounds. He was 11-of-17 from the field and 3-of-4 from the free throw line. In Union's 71-41 loss at West Alabama, Freeman played spent most of the game in foul trouble and fouled out of the game with just two points and rebounds in 19 minutes of play. Union is 4-13 overall and 2-7 in the Gulf South Conference.
