Before Union
Adams prepped at McCracken County High School where she played five years of volleyball, five years of basketball, and one year of track and field. She helped lead her volleyball team to the district title four times, region title four times, and four appearances in the Kentucky State Tournament, including a state quarterfinal finish in 2014, state semifinalist in 2018. In basketball, her teams won the district title three times. Adams was named academic all-state four times, all-district tournament, and all-region tournament. In basketball, she was academic all-state four times, all-district tournament twice, all-region tournament, Paducah Sun All-Purchase Team, and finished ninth in the state in rebounding. Adams was named an Athlete of the Week twice, a Wendy's Heisman All-American and a Louise Bryant Award of Excellence winner. In volleyball she posted the best kill percentage and holds the record for most blocks in a season. Off the court, Adams is a member of the National Honors Society, FBLA including numerous awards at the region and state conventions, and was on the Principal's List four times.

Born October 25...daughter of John and Jennifer Adams...majoring in nursing as she works to become a register nurse.
