Before Union
Schott transferred to Union from Belmont University where he spent two years with the men's soccer team, one of those seasons as a red-shirt. Schott prepped at Kolping Akademie Fellbach High School. He played 12 years of soccer for VfB Stuttgart Academy and U23. His teams won championships with U14, U15, and U16. He also helped his team win the State Cup title with U17. Schott was named best goalkeeper 10 times and all-tournament twice while with Vfb Stuttgart, He was selected for German National Team Training Camp for U15 and U16.
