2012...played in 130 sets... recorded 332 kills, 9 aces, and 79 blocks...earned NCCAA National Player of the Week award and NCCAA MidEast All-Region volleyball team.  2013...played in 90 sets... recorded 173 kills, 13 aces, and 45 blocks... 2014... played in 114 sets... recorded 99 kills, 183 digs and 37 aces.

Before Union
Cook prepped at Wilson Central (Tenn.) High School were she started for the volleyball team all four seasons. Cook earned district tournament MVP and all-district as a sophomore, district MVP, all-district, and all-district tournament as a junior, and all-district, district MVP,  and region MVP as a senior. Cook led her team to two district titles, one district runner-up, three district tournament titles, and three sectional runner-up finishes. For her career at Wilson Central, Cook recorded 1,413 kills, 209 blocks, 321 aces and 391 digs. Cook played club volleyball for Impact VBC and Alliance VBC, qualifying for the J.O. Nationals all four years. Off the court, Cook was a member of the National Honor Society, high school choir, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Beta Club. She participated in Girls State and is an active member of Mt. Juliet First Baptist Church. Cook is the daughter of Tony and Kelli Cook.
