Before Union
Ondrus prepped at Aurora Christian School where she played three years of varsity volleyball. She also played four years of club volleyball. She helped lead her high school team to the conference title, region title, and sectional title in 2017. Her club team was the runner-up at the National Champions Classic Division AAU Nationals in 2017. Ondrus earned the Christian Leadership Award twice and was named academic all-conference twice. Off the court, Ondrus was on the honor roll, the high honor roll, Dunham Scholarship recipient, earned the Christian Character Award, and the Christian Service Award.
