Before Union
Winchester prepped at Trinity Christian Academy where she played four years of volleyball. She also played four years of club ball for the Jackson Juniors Volleyball Club. Winchester helped lead her team to the TSSAA State runner-up in 2016. She was named West Tennessee Player of the year, district player of the year, first team all-district twice, first team all-region twice, all-state twice, All-West Tennessee twice and was twice named team captain. Winchester ranked seventh all-time in the state of Tennessee for most digs in a single game. As a senior, she posted 773 service receptions and 701 digs. Off the court, Winchester was a member of the National Honors Society and was a student ambassador.
