Rebekah Moore began as head athletic trainer at Union University in the fall of 2014. She came to Union from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tenn. where she served two years as the assistant athletic trainer from 2012-14.Â
Moore is a 2010 graduate of Rhodes (Tenn.) College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in German and a minor in religious studies. She also graduated with a Master's of Science Degree in Athletic Training from Shenandoah University in 2012.Â
Moore was NATA BOC certified in 2012, licensed in 2012, and has been a member of the NATA since 2011. In 2012, she received the James R. and Mary B. Wallace Athletic Training Award and the PEART Division of Athletic Training Service Award.Â
While at Rhodes, Moore played four seasons of softball. She holds the career home run and RBI records at Rhodes.Â
Moore is a native of Munford, Tenn. and is a 2006 graduate of Munford High School.
