Before Union
Watson prepped at DeSoto Central High School where she played four years of soccer and volleyball. She also played three seasons of club soccer for the /98 Lady Lobos Rush Premier. She helped lead her club soccer team to a state runner-up finish in 2014-15. She was named to the 2016 DeSoto County All-Star Team. In volleyball, she helped lead her high school team to back-to-back state titles in 2014 and 2015. Watson was named the MVP for her 2015 soccer and volleyball teams. In volleyball, she was named all-state, DeSoto County MVP and was named to the Mississippi North Half All-Star team. Off the field and court, Watson was a member of the National Honors Society and was a scholar athlete.
