Before Union
Caldwell played four years of soccer at Joe T. Robinson High School and competed in four years of cross country and track. She played nine years of club soccer for Arkansas Rising. She was a USYS Arkansas State Champion in 2018, 2022, and 2023, and her high school team was a 4A State Finalist in 2023.
In high school soccer, Caldwell was named All-State for 2021-2023, All-State Tournament for 2023, and All-Conference for 2021-2023. She was also a three-year captain and accumulated 41 career goals and 48 career assists. In cross country, she got All-Conference for 2019-2021. In track, she was named All-Conference for 2021-2022.
Off the field, Caldwell was selected to the Principal's Cabinet and named an AP Scholar with Distinction.
