Before Union
Hayes comes to Union from Carson-Newman (Tenn.) University where she played soccer for one season and ran cross country for one season. She helped lead her soccer team to the SAC Conference Title in 2008. She was named to the Dean's List each semester at Carson-Newman. Hayes prepped at University School of Jackson where she played soccer and ran track for four seasons. She was the Tennessee State Champion in the 1600m and helped her team win the region title. In soccer, she played for a state runner-up teams, along with helping her team claim district and region titles. Hayes earned district and region MVP honors, all-state and was selected as the Jackson Sun Soccer Player of the Year. Off the field, Hayes served as the class chaplain.

Born June 13...daughter of Jeff and Johnna Beuerlein and Jeff Hayes...majoring in the MAIS Program.
