Before Union
Haislip transferred to Union from the University of Tennessee-Martin where she played two seasons as a freshman and sophomore. After two years away from basketball, Haislip will play her final semester at Union. She helped UT Martin to Ohio Valley Conference Titles in 2011 and 2012, earning trips to the NCAA DI National Tournament both years. She started all 32 games in both seasons at UT Martin. As a freshman, she averaged 9.0 points and 8.1 rebounds per game, while sinking 61 three pointers (34%). As a sophomore, she averaged 10.3 points and 6.2 rebounds per game, making 67 three pointers (39%). Haislip prepped at Riverdale (Tenn.) High School where she played four years of basketball. She helped lead her team to the 2010 state title. Haislip was named all-tournament and all-region. Off the court, she was a member of the National Honors Society and the honor roll. While in college, Haislip was named to the Dean's List.
