Before Union
Dillard prepped at Central Arkansas Christian High School where she played four years of varsity basketball and two years of varsity soccer. During her time at Central Arkansas Christian, she led her basketball team to a state title and won two state titles with her soccer team. Dillard was a three-time all-conference player in basketball, a three-time all-state team selection, and a two-time all-state tournament team selection. She averaged 22 points, seven rebounds, and shot 47 percent from 3-point range. Dillard is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, Mu Alpha Theta, and served as Student Council Vice-President.Â
