Biography

2018...played in 45 games...recorded 52 hits, 9 doubles, 1 triple, 4 home runs, 23 RBI, .946 fielding percentage...named first team NFCA All-South Region. 2019...played in 26 games...recorded 15 hits, 2 doubles, 1 triple, 5 RBI...2020...GSC Honor Roll...2021...played in 34 games...recorded 31 hits, one home run...led the team with nine doubles and 22 RBI...GSC Honor Roll.

Before Union
McDaniel prepped at Lexington High School where she played softball for four years. She lead her to three district championships, two region champions, and was state runner up in 2016. McDaniel was named all district three times, all regions and all state twice, and in 2017 she was a part of the Tennessee All Star Team. In 2015, McDaniel held the Tennessee state record for 22 doubles in a season. She posted career stats that included 230 hits, 131 singles, 53 doubles, 10 triples, 36 home runs, 222 rBI and a career average of .470. Off the field, she was a member of Beta Club where she served as vice-president in 2016-17.
