Before Union
Schrader prepped at Grace Baptist (Tenn.) Academy where she played softball, basketball and volleyball. In softball, she helped lead her team to district, region and sub-state titles all four years of high school. Schrader's team finish fourth in the state in her freshman season, second in both her sophomore and junior seasons, and then finished as state champs in her senior season. Schrader was named all-district and all-region twice during her career. As a senior, she hit .409 with a .636 slugging percentage, 20 doubles, two home runs and 16 stolen bases. In basketball, she was also named all-district as a senior. Off the field, Schrader was a member of the Beta Club and National Honors Society. She is the daughter of Robert and Rhonda Schrader.
