2017... had 7 at bats and batted .147...2018...played in 43 games...recorded 31 hits, 14 doubles, 24 RBI...2019...played in 48 games...recorded 30 hits, 8 doubles, 16 RBI...2020...played in 24 games...recorded a .333 batting average with 21 hits, four doubles, 15 RBI. 

Before Union
Mathis prepped at Hickman County High School where she played softball four years, basketball three years, and ran cross country four years. Mathis was selected to the All District honorable mention team in 2013, first team All District in 2014, and second team All District in 2015. She posted a .518 batting average in 2014, and a batting average of .392 in 2015. She received the TSSAA Student-Athlete Award of Merit.
