Before Union
Garetson was a three-year starter in softball at the high school level and competed in club softball with Top Gun Fastpitch. She helped her teams win the Central Ozark Conference and Missouri Class 5 District 6 Championships in 2021. Garetson earned Second Team All-District (2021), First Team All-District (2023), and Second Team All-Region honors.
