Biography

2013...played in 70 sets...recorded 60 kills and 55 blocks. 2014... played in 82 sets... recorded 93 kills and 59 blocks. 2015... played in 62 sets...recorded 65 kills with 52 blocks...GSC Defensive Player of the Week once.

Before Union
Carter prepped at Penn (Ind.) High School where she played volleyball and basketball. She helped lead her team to back-to-back state titles in 2010 and 2011, and a state semifinal appearance in 2012. Carter was twice named team captain and was voted MVP by the coaches in the Plymouth Tournament. Off the court, Carter was on the academic high honor roll for her academic career. She was a member of the student council, Spanish Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, freshman mentor, and peer leader.
