Before Union
Theilacker prepped at Obion County Central in Troy, Tenn., where played four years of softball, basketball, and volleyball. She earned MVP and the Hardest Worker Award, received the Base Running Award twice, and was named All-District all four years of high school. She also had the most stolen bases for softball throughout her four years.
