Before Union
Picard prepped at Dickson County (Tenn.) High School where she played four seasons of softball and soccer. In softball, she was named all-district tournament as a junior, all-district and team captain as a senior. She hit .481 with 29 runs, 15 doubles, three home runs, and 38 RBI as a senior. Picard was named all-tournament, all=district, Co-MVP of the defense, and team captain in soccer. Off the field, Picard graduated top-5 percent of her class, earned the Citizenship Honorable Mention Award, Medalist Honorable Mention Award, Female Athlete Department Award, Beta Club, and was named Most Athletic superlative. She is the daughter of Bonnie Picard and Don Picard.
