2013... started 49 games... .312 batting average with 48 hits, 23 runs scored and 7 home runs... NCCAA MidEast All-Region... NCCAA Second Team All-American. 2014... started 53 games... .296 batting average with 48 hits, 31 RBIs and 4 home runs... NCCAA MidEast All-Region. 2015... started 27 games, appearing in 29 games... .270 batting average and .483 slugging percentage with 24 hits, 3 homeruns, and 20 RBIs.

Before Union
Williams prepped at Milan (Tenn.)High School where she played softball for Coach Tim Jackson. Williams was named all-district and all-district tournament three times and was All-West Tennessee twice. As a junior, Williams posted a 1.63 ERA and had a batting average of .403. She led the team in triples, home runs and putouts. Williams was named the Milan Pitcher of the Year three times, leading the team in ERA for three seasons.
