Biography

Before Union
Frischknech prepped at Escola Secundaria. He played three years of club soccer for Sporting Clube de Portugal and three years for Uniao Desportiva e Recreativa de Alges. He also swam for eight years with Sport Alges e Dafundo. Frischnech helped lead Sporting Clube de Portugal to two region titles.
