Before Union
Mayo prepped at Station Camp High School where he played four seasons of soccer. As a junior, he was named All-District and he also holds his high school's single season assist record. Mayo was successful during league soccer as well, leading his teams to the U16 State Title in 2006 and the U17 State Title in 2007.
