Before Union
Santoscoy prepped at West Florence High School where he played four years of varsity soccer and club soccer. He led his high school team to the region title in 2021-22. Santoscoy was named all-region twice and was selected all-state in 2021-22. In the 2020-21 season, he was named the South Carolina ECNL National Player of the Year. Off the field, Santoscoy was a member of the Beta Club, National Honors Society, and the All A Honor Roll.
