Before Union
Santos played high school soccer at Joseph Keefe Tech. He was a member of the state championship team and was named All-State. Santos was also named MVP and led the team in scoring as a senior. As a junior, Santos was named second team All-State and MVP, while posting team-high in goals scored. Santos posted 19 goals and 13 assists as a junior, followed by 18 goals and 12 assists during his senior season.
