2010... played for the Union junior varsity team. 2011... played in two matches for Union. 2012... played in nine matches for Union. 2013... senior season.

Before Union
Mills played four seasons of soccer at Henderson County (Ky.) High School where he started all four years. During his high school career Mills contributed 52 goals and 39 assists, while also posting a 19-match stretch with at least one goal or one assist. He helped lead his high school soccer team to the Kentucky State tournament semifinals as a junior year. Mills earned numerous honors in high school including being named all-district three times, all-region twice, all-region tournament, all-state and best offensive player. In addition to his high school play, Mills also played travel soccer for the Evansville Soccer Club. Off the field, Mills was a member of the FBLA.
