Jinks attended Berean Christian School in Knoxville, Tennessee. He ran for 10 years before coming to Union. Jinks once won the Blount County Championship.

Born January 26...son of Matt and Julia Jinks...majoring in exercise science with the goal of becoming a dentist...interests include golf and fishing.
