Biography

2013-14...played in 31 games, averaging 29.9 minutes per game...scored 387 points, averaging 12.5 points per game, had 236 rebounds, and 12 blocks...earned a place on the Gulf South Conference Academic Honor Roll, and was named to the NCCAA MidEast All-Tournament Team. 2014-15... played in 30 games, started 27... scored 318 points, averaging 10.6 points per game, with 75 assists and 241 rebounds... GSC Player of the Week... TSWA Player of the Week. 2015-16... GSC Preseason All-Conference...reach 1,000 career points and 500 career rebound milestones....

Before Union
Day prepped at Flora Macdonald (N.C.) Academy where he played four seasons of basketball. He helped lead his team to the 2012 North Carolina State Title. Day scored 18 points in a game versus the nation's top ranked high school team, Oak Hill Academy. He is the son of Ricky Day and Michelle Downey.
