Before Union
Pinkston prepped at Franklin Road Academy where he played four years of golf and baseball. He helped lead his team to one district title and two region titles. Pinkston and his team also posted a pair of third place finishes in the state tournament. Pinkston was named Tennessee All-State in golf in 2021. Off the course, Pinkston was named to the Dean's List once and the Head's List three consecutive years.
