Before Union
Maybee played four years of golf at Christian Brothers University. He was a four-time GCAA Scholar and two-time collegiate winner. He prepped at Briarcrest Christian School.

Off the course, Maybee was Summa Cum Laude, Chi Alpha Sigma, and a four-time GCAA Scholar.
