Before UnionÂ
Westmoreland prepped at Millington Central High School, where he played four years of golf and one year of baseball. As a golfer, he was a two-time district champion and was a regional champion his senior year. He helped his team to three district championships and was named to the all-state small school top five.
Off the course, he was a member of the National Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society. He was named to the 2023 Millington Central High School Hall of Fame. He was also named to the the Honor Roll.Â
