Before Union
Hewett graduated from Franklin High School where she played four years of varsity soccer. Hewett helped lead her team to the 2011 TSSAA Class AAA State Championship in 2011. Hewett earned places on the TSWA All-State Team, All-Region Team and All-District Team and served as team captain her senior year. Hewett also earned an Athlete of the Week award from the Franklin Homepage and played in the East vs. West All-Star Game in 2014. Off the field, Hewett was involved in the National Spanish Honor Society and earned High Academic Accomplishment Awards in AP US History, World Geography Honors and Algebra I Honors.
