2016...GSC Honor Roll. 2017...played in defensive only position, had 31 put outs and 23 assists at second base... GSC Honor Roll.

Before Union
Dyess transferred to Union from Dyersburg State Community College where she played softball for two seasons. While at DSCC, she received the MVP award, Golden Glove award, and Outstanding Student Athlete award. Academically, she made the Dean's list both years she attended DSCC. Dyess prepped at South Gibson County High School where she played three years of golf, four years of basketball, and four year of softball. She made the all tournament team in 2011 and made the all district team in 2012 and 2013. Off the field, she was a honor roll student all four years, was a student ambassador, and was Miss South Gibson County 2011.
