Biography

2014... appeared on the mound in 11 games... 26.1 innings pitched with a 4.10 ERA and 12 strikeouts... GSC Academic Honor Roll. 2015... appeared in 17 games on the mound tossing 32.2 innings earning a 3.86 ERA... GSC Academic Honor Roll. 2016...GSC Honor Roll. 2017...GSC Honor Roll.

Before Union
Wilson prepped at Trinity Christian (Tenn.) Academy where he played baseball and football. He helped lead his baseball team to the 2010 Tennessee Sub State Title, while also helping his football team to a state runner-up finish in 2010. In baseball, Wilson was named all-district twice, All-West Tennessee twice, and was selected to play in the West Tennessee All-Star Game as a senior. Over his last two seasons in high school, Wilson was 14-3 on the mound with a 2.15 ERA as a junior and a 1.08 ERA as a senior. He combined over those two seasons for 117.2 innings pitched and 115 strikeouts.In football, Wilson was a three time all-district player. Off the field, Wilson was a member of the National Honors Society and graduated with highest honors. He is the son of Don and Elizabeth Wilson.
