Before Union
Greer is a transfer from Austin Peay State University where he played for three seasons. He played in 52 games, scoring 64 total points, making 8-of-20 3-pointers. He posted a career high of 11 points in a conference win versus Morehead State. In high school, Greer played for his father at West Carroll High School, helping lead his team to a district title and a Class A No. 3 ranking in 2009-10. As senior, he was named McDonalds All-America nominee, was a Class A Mr. Basketball candidate, named District 13A MVP, and earned first-team All-State honors. He finished the season averaging 27.4 ppg, 9.0 rpg, 3.3 apg, and 2.0 steals. He shot 49 percent from floor and 70.4 percent from free-throw line. Greer was selected to play in Tennessee Athletics Coaches Association (TACA) All-Star game, and was also chosen to play Golden Circle All-Star contest. Greer finished career as school's all-time leading scorer, ended career with more than 2500 points and 900 rebounds. As junior he averaged 24 points and 9.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game for West Carroll. He helped lead West Carroll to a 16-8 record in 2008-09 and District 13-A championship. Greer earned first-team Class A All-State and was the 2008-09 District 13-A Most Valuable Player. Off the court, Greer was named to the Dean's List at APSU three times, AD's Honor Roll six times, and was named to the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll. His father, Mike, played basketball for Union University.

Born Nov. 15...son of Mike and Debbie Greer...majored in biology at ASPU and will work toward a master's degree in intercultural studies at Union.
