2014... GSC Academic Honor Roll. 2015... played in 24 games with 12 starts.

Before Union
Coy played three seasons of high school baseball while being homeschooled. He helped lead his team to the 2013 Tennessee Homeschool State Title. Coy played for the Memphis Eagles which placed fifth in the nation in the 2013 Homeschool World Series. He was named Arkansas Xtra Innings Top Underclassman in 2012, Homeschool World Series All-American and Best Defensive Player in 2013. Coy hit .346 as a senior and threw out 17 baserunners. In the summer of 2013, Coy played for the East Coast Prospects Wood Bat League where he hit .418. Coy is the son of Richard and Julia Coy.
