Before Union
Rasmussen played four years at Fairview High School, three years with the Tennessee Futbol Club, and one year with the Brentwood Soccer Club. She was named to the all-tournament team her junior and senior year. She received the Coach's Award her sophomore and senior year and participated in the United World Games in Europe. She holds the record for most shutouts in a single season with seven. Off the field, she was involved in Beta Club and Move 2 Stand.
