2012-13...played in 27 games...scored 309 points, averaging 11.4 points per game, had 38 steals, 85 assists, and shot .851 from the free throw line. 2013-14...played in 31 games, averaging 26.5 minutes per game...scored 338 points, averaging 10.9 points per game, had 36 steals, 82 assists, and shot 0.790 from the free throw line. 2014-15... played in 30 games... scored 222 points, averaging 7.4 points per game, with 24 steals and 51 assists. 2015-16...reached 1,000 career point milestone...named to the GSC All-Tournament team.

Before Union
Bullock prepped at O'Fallon (Ill.) Township High School where he played basketball and football. In basketball, he helped lead his team to a fourth place finish in the Class 4A Illinois State Tournament in 2010. His team claimed the Southwest Conference Championship in both 2010 and 2011. Bullock's 2011 football team were also conference champions. As a senior, Bullock was selected as team captain, first team all-conference, IBCA All-State, MVP of the Alton Classic, Dave Sinclair MVP, and Centrailia Holiday All-Tournament. He averaged 20.1 points, four assists and three steals as a senior, while also joining the 1,000-point club in high school. As an underclassman, Bullock earned second team all-conference honors, IBCA All-State, Highland Shootout MVP, and was a state 3-point qualifier. As a senior football player, Bulldog earned first team all-conference honors.
